Aspen is a licensed mental health counselor and wellness coach. She specializes in helping high-achieving women who are disconnected from themselves and struggling to get the most out of their lives.

Before becoming a therapist, Aspen worked across nonprofits, finance, emerging tech, and the arts; environments that demand excellence and reward burnout. She has experienced firsthand the language of deadlines, deliverables, and quiet self-erasure.
As a clinical consultant, Aspen has trained numerous early-career therapists in classical therapeutic methods and trauma-informed care, using her own professional background to offer real-life insights into the challenges of balancing work and personal growth.

Today, Aspen runs her own practice rooted in her unique approach. She combines clinical depth with coaching clarity to help women unlearn overfunctioning, build nervous system literacy and recalibrate their relationship with their own success

Aspen lives between the east and west coasts with her husband and two children.

Elizabeth Sabga is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a broad clinical background and a focused passion for helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and relationship concerns. She has experience working across a range of mental health settings, including private practices, high-risk therapeutic facilities, and residential behavioral programs, equipping her to support clients through both day-to-day stressors and more complex emotional experiences.

With roots in both Caribbean and Middle Eastern cultures, Elizabeth’s therapeutic approach is shaped by a deep understanding of how culture, identity, and lived experience influence emotional wellbeing. Her work is deeply trauma-informed and grounded in creating a safe, inclusive, and sex-positive space where clients feel seen, supported, and understood.

Elizabeth is especially attuned to the nuances of relationship dynamics, sexual idenitity, breakups, and communication, as well as broader relational concerns among family, friends, and colleagues. Her collaborative style blends evidence-based techniques with warmth, curiosity, and a healthy dose of humor—because therapy can be both meaningful and human.
