Fees: Aspen’s fee is $275 for a 50-minute session. At this time all sessions are remote, via video conference. We are an out of network practice, however we do utilize Thrizer to help clients maximize their OON benefits.

Cancellation policy: Please note that cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in you being charged a $150 fee. There are no exceptions. We have this policy in place because a late cancellation or no-show delays our work, and because it doesn't allow us to give the slot away to another client.

Regarding Insurance: Though we are not an in-network provider for any insurance plans, we do provide a monthly receipt or "superbill" that you can submit to your health insurance company, and we use a third party service to simplify the process of recouping your out of network benefits. Sliding scale: We do not currently offer a sliding scale option.

Fees: Aspen is a trained consultant, and fees vary depending on the service provided. Please fill out our contact form for more information about our clinical consulting fees. 

​Services: We offer group and individual consulting for brief support (1-6 sessions), or on an ongoing basis. Supervisions can include support with clinical decision making, administrative concerns, case conceptualization, triage, issues of legality and liability, and more.
