How We Work
Aspen’s practice emphasizes day-to-day functioning with an eye towards identity and intersectionality. Her priority is to build judgement-free, power-balanced relationships with my clients. Put simply, Aspen wants to be a member of your team. Together, you will build the skills you need to feel better, and function at your best.
Aspen’s practice is client-centered with elements of interpersonal psychoanalysis, narrative therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Her primary goal is to help you discover and harness your own strength, power, and insight.
